NEAR UV, DEEP UV AND WIDEBAND MIRRORS

BACHUR & ASSOCIATES offers a full range of high performance, cost-effective UV Mirrors for UV Exposure Systems, UV Lightsources and Mask Alignment Systems manufactured by Oriel, Quintel, Karl Suss, Optical Associates, HTG, ABM, and JBA. B&A's mirrors offer performance equal to, or better than, the original equipment at a significantly lower cost. Many replacement mirrors are available from stock.

Mirrors in the Near, Mid and Deep UV spectrums are available in sizes up to 8" x 11" on "Pyrex" substrate materials as well as on high temperature substrates.

  • Mid UV Spectrums: 275nm - 325nm (includes UV300 and UV310 Spectrums)
